As Director of Development/Communications I am responsible for all recruiting, training/coaching and communication for the company. My professional committment
I'm a full time Realtor and Broker Associate, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)(only 5% of Realtors in the USA have this designation) and an e-PRO Certified Internet Professional. Recently I was named Director of Development/Communications of the company. Awarded the Realtor Association of Martin County (RAMC) 2009 Realtor of the Year, I was elected 2010 President Elect.I am also a Florida Association of Realtors(FAR) Director. I've chaired several RAMC committees and serve on FAR committees.I currently serve as the Chair of the Martin County Historic Preservation Board. On the wild side, I was the Director of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) for five years. For seven years I have volunteered at St. Joseph's Carpenter Kitchen.
Personal tidbits
A native of Indiana, but a Floridian at heart, I have lived in Florida for more than 22 years. I have a BS and MA in secondary education specializing in journalism and English from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. I worked for Knight-Ridder newspapers for 15 years, the last five of which where at The Miami Herald in executive positions. While in Miami, I also created and directed a successful computer training center for children and adults. Moving to Stuart/Jensen Beach, I discovered that Martin and St. Lucie Counties offer an incredible lifestyle on the Treasure Coast. I know the area, love it and will enthusiastically share my knowledge and expertise with you. | |
